I'll like to ask (if it is not too much), does this look okay to sell as a badge?



It is a first time I play with this style, so I am worried if it is too extreme...any feedbacks is welcomed ;___; please be gentle

Because my client asked me to develop some style that is not too mangaish.
No, wait, they don't hate manga, in fact they loove manga, it is just that the majority of their consumers are somewhat mature, so typical manga look is a bit hard to push forward.
They still say okay to manga, but just of modification need to be done.
I will try my best TT^TT

Also, following my lecturer's advice to develop a self-image character, because I have no character that can represent myself.
There is this thing that I created with Insonmia, Road, Snow Firefly and The Red Shoes.
So I tried to develop that thing. And that thing shall be named as Alex, since it is a unisex name, and I like the idea of Alex in Wanderland.

A little bit of progress for Alex, I hope I can make it in time orz

I still love to use Open Canvas to colour even tho Photoshop is freakin user friendly.
Because Open Canvas colour blending is one of the best thing man ever made.
I didn't really touch Painter because of mental trauma....okay kinda big word to describe it but I really don't like laggyness ;____;

And I still love using my desktop to work instead of my laptop, simply because the resolution is...higher orz. And its XP. We have yet to reach an agreement, Vistard.

it is kind of a tricky technique, and it is very easy to make the drawing look dirty with my terrible colour picking skill -___-;;;;;;;
but it is really a fun thing to do, i hope i can get to experiment more with it.
